Functional Rehab is a group exercises class that focuses on strengthening muscles through compound and sports specific movements. It is aimed at bridging the gap between traditional rehab and returning to the gym, or sports field.
Current research is showing that progressing rehab to sports specific movements or compound movements is more successful for chronic injuries, such as back pain, muscular injuries or joint pain. It also has benefits for your general health such as osetoporosis, cardiovascular disease

Our classes:
Instructed by Chartered Physiotherapists who have further training in sports specific rehab
Lunch and evening classes
Maximum of four to six people in each class
Class compromising of people of the same level - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced
Compound exercise that will not aggravate back / neck or joint pain
Based on progressive overload resulting in increased strength
