Payment Terms

All fees are to be paid on day of treatment. A receipt will be issue to allow for submission to your health insurance for reimbursement. Most health insurances now provide Apps on your smartphone that allows for instant submission and faster reimbursement of expenses.

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU),  customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. custom made orthotics) may not be returned.

Payments can be made using all major credit cards and debit cards.
